The making of GANDHI.
The art work is a painting on canvas, done using acrylic medium. Champaran, Bihar was the first to witness the Indian version of Gandhiji's truth and nonviolence. The work shows the transformation of an energetic and truth seeker youth into a Mahatama. Hence the work has a achromatic colour scheme with few fresh shades. In the background it has the use of blue colour which indicates the beginning of the Champaran movement against the indigo planters (Neil ki kheti). This work is a small Tribute to Bapu and a step to pass the legacy to the young generation in which our Rastrapita believed.
